Famous American actress Alyssa Milano is officially engaged to long term boyfriend and talent agent Dave Bulgari. The Hollywood couple announced their proposal in December but waited for several months to celebrate their engagement. The engagement was hot news last year but shrouded in confusion after they were spotted buying a loose diamond origionally though to be for an engagement ring but which ended up as part of a set of diamond hoops.
